General Terms & Conditions

• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration. Inaccurate or false information will prevent account verification from being completed and may result in withdrawal delays.
• Password Security: Keep your 999bets account password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Geographic Restrictions: Access to 999bets may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Using a VPN to access the platform from a restricted region will result in account termination.

KYC Verification Process

As a responsible platform, 999bets strictly enforces Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawals or completing transactions above certain thresholds.

The following documents are required to complete KYC verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months)

• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

• Technical Errors: If a server or technical error affects the outcome of a bet, 999bets reserves the right to review and reassess the result.
• Fair Outcomes: All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring results are entirely fair and cannot be manipulated.
• Maximum Bet Limit: 999bets may set maximum bet limits for specific games and events. Any bet that exceeds these limits will be automatically rejected.
• Suspicious Activity: If there is evidence of match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity associated with a bet, the relevant winnings will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bets platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person
• Strategic betting intended to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
• Using Automated Bots or Software to Place Bets
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members

Responsible Gaming Policy
